Applying for an Infant School place

Croftlands Infant & Nursery School have a Pupil Admission Number (PAN) of 60 places in reception, year one and year two.

If you wish for your child to join our school, please visit Westmorland & Furness County Council website and download an admission form.

Applying for a Nursery place

All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for up to 15 hours a week of free nursery provision from the term after their 3rd birthday.

In September 2026 qualifying parents will be entitled to 30 hours a week of free nursery provision from the term after their 3rd birthday. If you feel you may be entitled to this provision please ring the office on 01229 586565.

Application forms will be available from January 2026 for starting Nursery in September 2026.
